How to make an appointment
- To schedule a medical appointment to discuss Substance Use Disorder (SUD) with your primary care provider, please contact any of the CVIH medical clinics.
- To discuss admission to the Youth Regional Treatment Program, please contact Behavioral Health Services at 559-299-2435 to begin the intake process.
- To schedule an appointment with a provider at the Harm Reduction Clinic, please call the Bullard Clinic at 559-355-5715.
