Clinic Information:

Central Valley Indian Health Clinics are currently transitioning scheduled routine care appointments into telephone if applicable. If you have an upcoming scheduled appointment, you may be receiving a call in the next few days. Please contact us if you have recently changed your phone number.

Our sites are open during normal business hours for urgent care needs on a walk-in basis. To protect the safety of our patients and staff, we ask that you please call us before you come in. We are also recommending that all patients wear face masks or cloth face coverings when they come in.

Doctors are available to speak with patients regarding their medical concerns and medication refills over the phone. Please contact us if you would like to schedule a telephone visit.

If you have a fever, cough, sore throat, have traveled recently, or been exposed to someone with the Coronavirus, please call our COVID-19 Hotline at 559-862-2746.

At Central Valley Indian Health, Inc., the safety of our patients, and our staff is our top priority. We are closely monitoring the current situation and are following guidance from public health officials and government agencies.

We will continue to update you as operations change. Thank you for your patience.
