Our Services
CVIH offers primary medical, nutrition, pain management, podiatry, and optical. Walk-in hours available; appointments recommended.
Our therapists are here to provide compassionate care for people who are experiencing a wide range of struggles in their life.
CVIH offers transportation services, Community Health Representative & Public Health Nursing visits for eligible patients.
