Patient's who have a grievance should first speak with the Director of the Department that there is a grievance with; if the grievance is not handled satisfactorily, then a grievance may be filed with the Administration Department. All patient grievances are reviewed by the CVIH Quality Assurance Committee, made up of CVIH Board members and action deemed appropriate taken.
